Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy 1. Payment & Confirmation All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Once payment is received, you’ll receive an email confirmation with details. 2. Rescheduling You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Email me to adjust your appointment. 3. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once as a courtesy. 4. No-Shows If you miss your session without notice, the booking is considered forfeited. Exceptions may be made at Rich’s discretion in the case of emergencies. 5. Session Format All sessions are conducted remotely on my website, via remote control, Zoom or Google Meet.
