BEACON-S PRO: THE HARDWARE
Firmware 5.2.2 is the local serving, hardware-control, and management layer for your Beacon-S Pro. It serves your selected profile directly from the hardware over local Wi-Fi.

Four Unique Profiles: It supports four profiles with short-press switching, giving each a distinct broadcast name and RGB color.

Built-In Templates: Choose from Classic business card, Service/menu, Event/promotion, Link hub, and Retro terminal.

Media Ready: It supports PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP, TXT, and PDF media directly on the device.

Node Mode: It can work in a local captive-portal pattern or advertise via mDNS when joined to an existing network.

Physical Security Boundary: It uses physical possession and long-press actions for owner authorization, intentionally avoiding accounts or expiring cloud tokens.
BEACON STUDIO: THE LOCAL WORKSPACE
Beacon Studio (v1.2.2) is the local owner and production tool for macOS and Windows. It acts as your offline project workspace without requiring an account or cloud integration.

Portable Backups (.bcn)
.BCN files are a deployable snapshot optimized for Beacon hardware. It serves as an interchange contract across Mac, Windows, and Beacon.
Smart Media Processing
Auto recompresses images for fast loading and preserves animated GIFs up to 250 KB.
Hardware Control
Hardware mapping separate from profile data, ensuring a creative deployment cannot accidentally overwrite your board routing.
